Me
I’m 52, living out past the cities
carrying around a lot of ideas, and looking for response, shock, feedback, etc. Come from a band of wanderers, so have traveled a bit (especially when I was growing up): Latin America & Europe, mostly.
From the point of view of my resume, I’m a professional writer/editor, and am finding myself attracted to the world of blogging…

nice description….
keep it up
thanks for the encouragement! RT
I think you would be amused of a picture of me, lost somewhere, depicting myself “reading” an immense book as young lady of 2-3.I share with you to come from a “wanderer tribe”, with books as shelter. To know you is kind to the heart.
antiphon: thanks. & i feel your own kindness more than occasionally… RT
Hi! Just got a note about your Skydiaries “Like”, and wanted to thank you! Loving your site, here….

This is an awesome blog! I’ve been so busy that I forgot to listen. Sometimes we have to stop and listen to find our voice.
50 years (I’m 65) – a chance to make a little bit time philosophy …

Wow! Thank you, and I accept (if that is the proper procedure). & BTW, your blog is beautiful, too! RT
Wow! I am so honored by the ‘Versatile Blogger’ nomination, especially coming from such a talented person. Your blog is fascinating, and after graduate work in Liberal Studies I can say that your blog is exactly ‘my cup of tea’. I found this great news after completing my first spring planting of pansies. What a way to finish off this glorious spring day. Much gratitude, and Happy Spring! Janet
Oh…I forgot to formally say ‘I accept the nomination’. 🙂

jenny: i’m following you too, now…your posts take to me a world that is breaking its old stereotypes–a remarkable process! RT
Thanks for tagging on to my site. I shall have to come back and visit. It is always fun to meet new writers…While I am only one of the creative folks in my family..(mostly) poetry, long and short verse are my ‘thing’ – so while ‘lonely’ at home – I am just one ‘star’ in the sky among many bright souls here on the ‘net.’ There is a link to my long verse on my short verse blog. 🙂
Thanks for dropping by my blog. The blogosphere totally amazes me. How do other bloggers find you. The whole concept of “out there” is mind boggling to a vintage person, but it fascinates me. I like the questions you put forward it gets the grey matter working…
Pomme: if my mother, at 83, isn’t vintage yet, i suspect that you may not yet have achieved that venerable status. but enough of quibbles–i admire your journey to New Zealand and australia; have never gone, but have occasionally dreamed of living in both countries. You are an adventurer, something else i wish i had done over the years. I have a feeling that i will be checking out your postings for a breath of fresh air from down under. RT.

Your name caught my eye. who said ‘Not all who wander are lost’ TS Elliott I think but I may be wrong. In Ireland there are ‘rag tree’s’ usually beside holy wells. They come from pagan times, then when Christianity and druidism met, they became lost in each other, entwined. I read on now with interest, but am liking it already.
